Bravo! My first collection took two years before I found a publisher and I lost count of the rejections. It was back in the day before you could email queries, samples, mss. etc.
It was! That's why it's wonderful to be able to email submissions. Rejections don't sting in the same way since it's just a note, and if you have other drafts ready, out they go. I like to turn around a rejected essay or story within an hour after it hits my Inbox--and move on. :-)
